主講人簡(jiǎn)介：
黃炳鈞(JohnnyWong)，Newton資深科學(xué)編輯。先后獲香港理工大學(xué)應(yīng)用物理學(xué)士、英國(guó)約克大學(xué)電子學(xué)博士，曾任歐盟瑪麗居里學(xué)者，在荷蘭特溫特大學(xué)和新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)研究納米自旋電子學(xué)和二維材料。2024年加入Cel Press擔(dān)任Newton創(chuàng)刊資深編輯，負(fù)責(zé)處理凝聚態(tài)物理領(lǐng)域的稿件。此前為西北工業(yè)大學(xué)正教授、國(guó)家級(jí)學(xué)位與科研項(xiàng)目評(píng)審專(zhuān)家，發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文80余篇。
Newton, the flagship physics journal from Cell Press, launched in 2024 as the latestaddition to the publisher's expanding physical science portfolio. The journal seeks to publishtransformative research across the full breadth of physics-from fundamental theory to appliedand interdisciplinary fields, including condensed matter physics, optics and photonics, quantumscience, biophysics, soft matter, and AI-X. In this talk, I will discuss Newton's editorial vision, itscommitment to rigorous peer review and author service, and offer practical insights into navigatingthe publishing process at Cell Press.
